Regents Hill II HOA previously contracted with three landscaping companies prior to hiring NZA Lawn & Construction. Hands down NZA has exceeded the performance of our former landscapers and at a competitive rate. When we were searching for another landscaper, I came across NZA. I found positive comments of their work online, but also decided to visit a few of their job sites. I was thoroughly impressed with their superior performance and recommended our Management Committee hire NZA. We are very pleased with their performance. Their work people are prompt, professional and experienced. Our landscaping appears well maintained and provides the appearance of a condominium association that cares for its common areas. In addition, NZA performs other jobs for us such as repairing fences and gutters, cleaning off our roofs, and performing jobs for individual owners. I recommend NZA to any association looking to improve their landscaping and for handiwork, all at a reasonable price.
There are several things I like about NZA. First is their attention to detail. The little things that kept getting ignored by our previous property company are routinely taken care of now. Second is their availability- they are there when we need something done, and third is the fact that they can do so much! nothing like one-stop shopping.
They surveyed the area to determine what needs to be done and then follow up with everything that needs to be done. The best that we have had as long as we have lived here.
For the first time in several years, I am feeling relief knowing our grounds care is in the hands of Nissi. SInce they have taken over, communication is consistent and so is their quality of their work. The chaos is gone since hiring them. Feeling positive
Nissi Z-A Lawn and Construction has been doing a great hob landscaping our condominium complex every week, but also has been doing agreat job with any special projects, like fixing our chain link fence and roofs. They are very efficient and reasonably priced
